Returns By Mail:
Most new and unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (not including Shipping fees). We'll also pay the
return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items should be
returned in their original product packaging.
You'll receive a confirmation e-mail (for online orders) once the package has arrived at our facilities. If you ordered by credit card,
we'll credit your account within 14 business days and it will show on your following statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
